Spam on BiddersSite.com is not permitted or tolerated

Spam is email that is both unsolicited and/or commercial in nature.

  • Unsolicited: The email has been sent without the permission of the person who received it
  • Commercial: The email discusses buying, selling or trading of goods or services

Email offers to buy or sell items outside of the BiddersSite.com site are not permitted. Offers of this nature circumvent BiddersSite.com's fee structure and are a potential fraud risk for both buyers and sellers. Keep in mind that our fees are very small and insignificant to a honest business person, therefore someone trying to circumvent this set structure will most likely have alterative motives or simply deceitful.

BiddersSite.com Scheduled Email

BiddersSite.com does send out a monthly account statement to all users, this process is done at 12:01 am on the 1st day of each month.

BiddersSite.com also sends a confirmation email pertaining items listed items expire, items sold and items re-listed.

 

Email and Websites Impersonating BiddersSite.com

BiddersSite.com will never ask for personal information in email messages, PERIOD. If you receive a email that appears was sent from BiddersSite.com asking for personal information please report it to us immediately.

Minimizing Unwanted Email

BiddersSite.com is concerned about your privacy. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell or disclose your information for marketing purposes. Email addresses are only disclosed to members involved in a BiddersSite.com transaction. BiddersSite.com will investigate and take action on reports of misuse of the BiddersSite.com "Ask Seller a Question" feature.

Instant messages and other forms of communication conducted outside of BiddersSite.com are not within our jurisdiction. Although posts on the BiddersSite.com  Online Chat Cafe are not reviewed but on a periodical basis, BiddersSite.com does have a policy related to appropriate Chat Cafe usage that can be found within the Chat Cafe User Guidelines.
